How to put use this palm wax?

Define the project
Specify the final shape, the support, the components and the desired finish.
Identify each formula and each batch in order to link the wax to appearance and crystallization controls and combustion.

Calculate the quantity
Make a prototype, weigh the wax actually used per unit and record this mass before multiplying the quantities.
Add only the margin corresponding to the losses actually observed.

Prepare the materials
Use a balance, a thermometer, a wax melter or suitable equipment, clean and dry tools, as well as the intended final support. Melt the microbeads in a wax melter or in a water bath with a suitable container.

Melt gradually
Melt the wax evenly according to the protocol qualified for the reference. Avoid overheating and note the parameters selected.

Incorporate components
Add only fragrances, dyes, oils, additives or other materials compatible with the final use. Mix regularly. For a scented candle, select a fragrance intended for candles and follow the information from its supplier.
Prepare a clean, dry container, then center and secure the wick. Pour according to the chosen protocol.

Let stabilize
Let cool or stabilize under reproducible conditions, on a suitable surface and protected from sudden variations. Leave to cool without sudden variation and wait for complete stabilization before judging the surface.
