How to use C3 soy wax?

Define the project
Specify the final shape, the container or the mold, the wick, the fragrance, the color and the targeted production level.
Remember the container and the wick of the final product.

Calculate the quantity
Make a prototype, weigh the wax actually used per unit and record this mass before multiplying the quantities.
Record the actual weight of wax per container format.

Prepare the materials
Use a scale, thermometer, wax melter or water bath, clean and dry tools, and the final support provided.

Melt the wax
Melt the wax in the wax melter or in a bain-marie, with a thermometer to monitor heating. Mix until you obtain a homogeneous melted wax, without overheating. The melting point is not sufficient to determine the pouring temperature.

Incorporate components
For making scented candles and colored ones, choose fragrances and dyes compatible with candle wax. Incorporate the retained fragrance and coloring, then mix the liquid wax to distribute them well.

Pour the melted wax into the pots prepared for pouring. Keep wick centered in each container during pouring and cooling.
