NatureWax C-310 soy wax is intended for container candles which remain in their container as well as for food warmers. If the creation must be unmolded or receive a piped decoration, choose a wax designed for this other use. The final shape constitutes the first filter before comparing the fragrance, the wick and the result.
Choose according to the fragrance
Fragrance influences scent throw and can modify the combustion of NatureWax C-310. So validate the wax with the fragrance, dosage, dye and wick provided for the candle sold. Tests on the complete formula make it possible to control the odor, the surface appearance and the stability of the result.
Choose according to the container
Validate the NatureWax C-310 in the marketed container, with the final wick, fragrance and colorant. Yes. This vegetable wax is intended for making scented candles containers and food warmers. The container, the wick, the fragrance and the protocol must, however, be validated together.
Choose glass jars, ceramic or metal intended for making candles. For a jar as for a candle pot, check the heat resistance, diameter and shape with the wick chosen.
The diameter of the candle, the fragrance and the coloring guide the choice among the wicks available. Before turning on a prototype, check the centering of the wick; then observe the flame and how the wax melts during a complete burn. To light a candle in a glass jar, test a cotton wick in particular and record the burning time.
Observe the surface and walls after cooling, then after normal storage variations. The pouring temperature, the container and the cooling speed influence the result.

Yes. Use wax-compatible fragrances and dyes to create colorful scented candless. The fragrances give an identity to the collection: gourmet vanilla, floral lavender or woody cedar, for example. An essential oil does not automatically replace a fragrance for candle: its suitability for use must also be checked. Control the color after cooling and the scents of the scented wax cold then hot.
Weigh the mass actually used on a completed prototype, multiply it by the number of units planned, then add only the losses measured in your process.
The first test allows you to check each step: melt the wax in the wax melter or in a water bath, mix the fragrance, pour the melted wax into the container, then let it cool and harden. You can thus correct the surface and olfactory rendering before mass-producing candles. The melting point is not enough to determine the casting temperature.
Vegetable waxes such as soy, rapeseed or olive wax are distinguished from paraffin wax of mineral origin and beeswax of beekeeping origin. Use only the characteristics explicitly announced for NatureWax C-310 wax: 100% soy wax, Europe, Europe, non-GMO, vegan. The claims of the finished product must include all its components. The plant origin of the wax is not enough to qualify as natural candles: the pigments, fragrances and other components must also be examined.
