Define the project
Specify the final shape, the support, the associated components, the desired finish and the targeted production level.

Calculate the quantity
Make a prototype, weigh the wax actually used per unit and record this mass before multiplying the quantities.
Add only the margin corresponding to the losses actually observed.

Prepare the materials
Use a balance, thermometer, wax melter or suitable equipment, clean and dry tools, as well as the final support provided.

Melt gradually
Cut pieces suitable for the material, then melt the wax evenly without overheating. Then pour it into the prepared containers.
