How to apply this soy wax?

Define the project
Specify the final shape, the support, the associated components, the desired finish and the targeted production level.
Define from the start the exact use of Europe Flakes soy wax.

Calculate the quantity
Make a prototype, weigh the wax actually used per unit and record this mass before multiplying the quantities.
Add only the margin corresponding to the losses actually observed.

Prepare the materials
Use a balance, thermometer, wax melter or suitable equipment, clean and dry tools, as well as the final support provided.
Clean, dry material reserved for the application in question.

Melt gradually
Melt the flakes evenly, without overheating, in a tank or in a bain-marie. Then pour into the prepared containers.
