How to use KERAGREEN Soja Pilar wax?

Define the project
Specify the final shape, the container or the mold, the wick, the fragrance, the color and the targeted production level.
Distinguish between moulded candle and fondant scented from the start.

Calculate the quantity
Make a prototype, weigh the wax actually used per unit and record this mass before multiplying the quantities.
Record the mass per mold and per product reference.

Prepare the materials
Use a scale, thermometer, wax melter or water bath, clean and dry tools, and the final support provided.

Melt the wax
Melt the pellets in the wax melter or in a water bath until you obtain a homogeneous melted wax. Heat gradually and monitor the cast iron with a thermometer.

Add only fragrances, dyes or other components compatible with the final use. Mix regularly without introducing air unnecessarily.

Flow or shape
Pour the melted wax into the prepared molds. For a candle intended for burning, keep the wick centered during pouring and cooling.
Cast into the final mold with the wick centered if necessary.
